Gebruik portofoon.

Welke functies gebruiken we:

  • bij start van je dienst:
    • zet je de portofoon aan.
    • druk je de ‘0’ in om je aan te melden.
    • als je dat wenst, kun je een oortje gebruiken, waardoor gasten de gesprekken niet horen.
    • haal het dopje van het oortje af en bewaar die voor de volgende keer. we hebben genoeg dopjes voor iedereen. dit imv hygiene.
  • tijdens je dienst:
    • door op de PTT knop te drukken (zijkant portofoon) kun je spreken met iedereen tegelijk.
    • deze knop zit ook op de zijkant van de z.g. remote speaker mic.
  • bij einde dienst:
    • druk je de ‘5’ in om je af te melden.
    • en zet je de portofoon uit en in de lader.

Als je tijdens je dienst hulp nodig hebt of een vraag hebt, dan kun je die in de portofoon stellen, door heel eenvoudig op de PTT knop te drukken. zowel Rob als Ted zijn altijd verbonden met de groep vrijwilligers, die natuurlijk ook onderling elkaar allemaal horen.

Tijdens de introductie krijgt u ook allemaal instructie over de werking van de portofoons.
